Participants in the Intrax WEST Program are outstanding university students, exclusively selected by the Korean government and screened by Intrax. Academically, the students are in the top 5% of their class and have experience in a variety of fields, such as marketing, engineering and education, and offer business and technology skills.
Prior to the internship, Intrax WEST participants undergo 5 months of intensive English instruction in the U.S. to prepare for effectively communicating in the workplace. WEST participants are excited to work and experience American business and culture.
We offer a flexible recruitment service to meet your business needs. You will receive up to 10 resumes from which to choose candidates to interview in person, at job fairs or via Skype or phone. From the initial consultation to the end of the internship, Intrax provides ongoing support to address concerns and monitor progress.
At no cost, Intrax will help you fill entry level positions with highly qualified individuals. You will benefit not only from their work contributions and bilingual skills, but also from the global perspective they will bring to your team.
We ask that you provide your full-time WEST interns with a monthly stipend of approximately $1,000. There are no additional costs. By hiring a WEST intern, you will also save on employee insurance, social security, Medicare and unemployment fees.
